I understand you guys have great quality products and this was a one time ordeal but my grandpa came in and bought some shingles today and he had asked if there was a damage bin he could take a few shingles cause he doesn’t need a whole pack. Instead your workers crushed the package of shingles he bought. Tomorrow we will be coming in for a full money back exchange. And you won’t be getting the pack of shingles back
