I had a great experience today. Yashesh fit me for my first pair of Red Wings.nHe was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I never felt rushed and he had a answer to all my questions.nThe boot quality appears to be awesome from my initial experience. I will update after wearing boots to work.nI know the cost tends to be higher than competitors but made in USA and a great follow up warranty is an added value.nDon’t hesitate to go hear for your boot needs.
The young man that helped me was very knowledgeable. On top of that he's only 18 and practically has the knowledge of an experienced cobbler. He had more knowledge than any other boot specialist I've dealt with.
Sent my boots in for some repair work, the staff was very pleasant to deal with they answered all the questions I had. They repaired the boots and sent them back in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this location for all your red wing needs
Top notch staff. I've bought 2 pairs.of boots from them.( 4 unofficially) .nnAnd both times.i told the boys to get creative and make my tow caps unique. And they have delivered. Solid folks here.nnNot too mention free laces, witchnisngood because I burn through em.
