I was expecting to receive more information on why I should buy the molded Orthotics rather than something from a drug store. I guess a sales pitch on how they could help my posture or hip back pain. What are the benefits? I learned I have a high arch and purchased a pair of runners. I was satisfied that he used a pair of the same runners to cut my Orthotic. Just seemed so fast.
Absolutely wonderful service and professionalism from the staff there, especially Julia. She answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns I had. She recommended a pair of shoes that I never would have picked out for myself and now I wear them almost daily!
My mom's appointment today with Jake, was amazing. Very professional and friendly. My mom is a senior, and Jake took the extra time to address all of her concerns. Tried on some runners with proper support and she had no knee pain for the first time in years. Bravo Kintec!!
