I recently purchased a new pair of boots and went in to ask for advice on how to care for them. The owner was extremely helpful and very pleasant. I would highly recommend the store.
Came in with a pair of heeled boots that I had completely worn off the heel on... Only cost 18 bucks and the guy even shined them. They look and feel completely brand new! Best place I'm this town! Only took a couple days
I took my favorite leather boots in for the heels to be replaced. They ask that you pre-pay - no big deal - it made pick-up faster!! The owner told me that they would be done in 3 days (included the weekend!!) and I happily picked them up on Monday and he did a great job!! It's great to be able to wear my faves again!! Good, prompt service - what we want from a local, privately-owned business!!! Check them out - less expensive than buying new leather boots!!!
This guy is a real pro
Due to a typo in a phone number, the owner didn't repair my wife's boots when we took them in because he was waiting for a decision about sole color and couldn't get in touch, but he gave the boots back and refunded the repair cost, which was a very decent thing to do. Kudos to him for being kind and professional.
