Everytime l go l get quick service and always get a chair to do my banking cause lm handicap. Great people!!
I have never left a bad review but 4 terrible experiences with this bank location later and I HAVE to say something to warn others. Do NOT use this location to deal with your mortgage.nnOne employee tells you one thing and another contradicts it. I'm shown my info on the computer then the next time I go in I'm told I can't see it because it's confidential. TO WHO?! It's MY mortgage. The last time I went the guy wouldn't even listen to me, he just kept saying I could've gone to the tellers to deal with my issue and that the appointment was unnecessary. Within half an hour of him literally shoving me out the door I had an email saying he could book me for another appointment because what I needed to do couldn't be done at the tellers.nnFine if it's one bad employee but these have been different people, and there's an issue EVERYTIME I go!! There's more but I'll spare everyone all the details. Not impressed AT ALL. What a nightmare.
Time and time again their customer service leaves you wanting. Tellers and managers alike have shown a consistent lack of knowledge of basic banking and legalities. Advice given has been elementary, belittling, and self-serving.nnSwitching banks ASAP.
Clean and managed. The staff is really so cooperative
