Came from Vancouver today to purchase a vehicle in Abby and went to bank to finalize deal.nnHad to go multiple times to tellers as I forgot a few things and all three tellers were friendly. Excellent service with a smile.nnWe had to wait for insurance papers etc in the waiting area and staff didn’t try to push us out. One person even came over and asked if we were waiting for anyone and needed help.nnI don’t usually get this level of service and friendliness in Van at most CIBC branches so it was much appreciated.
Worst experience in a long time, avoid this bank if at all possible. Worst.
Do not work with the mortgage advisor Rekhra George at this branch. He literally played with my life by giving incorrect numbers and expectations and didn't even bother to contact to give clarification.
The worst customer service we had from a bank. Incompetent mortgage advisers. We took our accounts to RBC including my business account and never looked back. Stay away from this branch
