I have had bad experience of this branch. This branch is providing wrong verbal disclosure of account. Manager accounts of this branch has given wrong disclosure to take the business of me. All the accounts were closed due to wrong disclosure and rude behaviour. The superior of this bank should take it seriously.
This bank actually has a person who will answer the phone when you call! No other bank even comes close to that attention to detail with customer service these days. I actually feel like a person dealing with these people not just a number.
Customer service is great. Convenient central location. It is never too busy in here where there are long lineups like at our other bank. Good promotions sometimes, like with their TFSAs last year.
