The ATM at this branch kept my credit card, along with several other peoples cards who patiently waited in line the next morning to get our cards back.nnWe were told a 3rd party company can only open the ATM to get our cards back. And Visa said they cannot re-issue a Visa with the same numbers because they are worried someone might get the lost card numbers lol. I'm pretty sure I know where the card is.nnCIBC has been a great bank. However, this specific branch and CIBC Visa both struck me as lazy and not caring. Good thing customers can shop around when the time is right ud83dudc4c

Had a meeting with Dianna for financial planning and she 10000% was amazing. She was so friendly and understanding and so unbelievably helpful in sorting out my debts and how to go about paying and setting up a plan. I’m definitely going back to see her and recommend others to do so!

As a business customer, initially this location was fantastic. The account manager was great. That is of course until I started having issues with them. They closed my business accounts, with no explanation. I have other relationship with CIBC and they don't even know what is going on. Strongly recommend staying away from the CIBC Sumas Location.

If there was an option for half a star I would have selected that. ATM would not accept my deposit of $200 (4x50) so I had to enter them all separately and insert my debit card twice- only to find out that my account was only credited for 2x50 ($100) went in to rectify it and was told the manager would figure it out and call me right back- this was almost TWO WEEKS AGO and no call back, no one returns my calls and NO money returned to my accountnDo NOT recommend CIBC to anyonenI’m so done with this treatment! Adios CIBC!

This branch has zero privacy. Looks more like some sort of computer store. You are talking to the staff at front and right behind you someone is using ATM. Staff has a zero training but million dollar attitude. Not going back to this creepy brach. Its sad CIBC is loosing its reputation and clients :( :(
