Shoe Show

Attempted to go in at 5:45 yesterday and as soon as I walked in, the cashier turned around and said “we close at 6 today.” with such an attitude. I knew what I needed and wouldn’t even have been 5 minutes. Very unprofessional. Won’t even try to go here again.

On line says 9pm, just drove 35 minutes and they turned the lights off as we walked up to the door at 6 pm. PLEASE UPDATE YOUR HOURS.

Prices are reasonable, wish they had smaller sizes. Although most shoe stores are the same in this regard.

Purchased shoes for my children yesterday and my 7 year olds shoe stopped lighting up so we took the shoes back to have them switched out and the assistant manager there was anything but helpful. My daughter wore her shoes since 8:30am and it stopped lighting up before lunch time. She made us pay $5 more for the same shoe just a different color and treated us like we were the scum of the earth and when we asked for her name so we could contact corporate, after we paid and left the store, she called the police and told them that we caused a scene/disturbance. I highly doubt we will be shopping at any more shoe show stores and I have contacted corporate regarding all of this.
