Not impressed. Was recommended by a friend based on their great past experience. Communication with Dan was terrible, he could never be reached and was the worse about trying to schedule for them to come out and get a test sample. We were in the process of selling our home and had to push back the closing date due to them not being able to get the tests done that they said they would. On top of that they took two months to bill us and it was double the amount they had started before... Never again.
Terrible services, Once they Installed the System , they are so hard to get hold of them . It takes weeks for them to come out and look .Radiclous services
As a local home inspector and homeowner with a slightly complex water treatment system, I have come in contact with most water treatment companies and technicians. These guys are actually looking out for you, your water quality and your pocket book. Not only professional, punctual and fun but passionate about what they do. I recommend them for any water system and treatment needs.
I have called this company 3 times to set up an appointment for an estimate. Each time I talked to someone and they said they would call me back to set up an appointment. My first call was a month ago, and I still haven't heard back.
Highly recommend this company . Lance and Dan are knowledgeable and easy to work with. They made getting a whole house water treatment system stress free. Quality work done quickly. They are awesome.
