I went with Lyndale because of the reputation. That was my first mistake. My big concern is we are on the Sound with direct force of the weather. The windows are installed this summer. I called Lyndale/Kevin after the install as it looked like they have gaps on the inside. He said the window are done. I once again I told him these windows need to be totally weatherproof as their going to take a beating. He said they have triple sealing and are weatherproof on the install portion. Of course the windows are fine. Now the heavy rains come few days back. The windows are leaking and damaging my interior walls and insulation. Lucky my contractor is on location to see the leaks. Now his schedule is messed with guys standing around who we’re going to lay the new flooring. It took 6 months to do the remodel with this week being the completion. Not now windows leak.nI will update my post after I see how the company stands behind poor workmanship. They still can save themselves but the fact it happened is concerning.nnOk Lyndale decided that they would return all my money and let me keep the windows. This is a great settlement and happened overnight. I’m happy they took care of the problem right away! Thanks!nNow their reputation stays intact as they stepped up!

Ordered 25 windows over 11,000$ value.nAt first representative was nice but 2,5 months later after continuing issues with Milgard company, wrong windows, defective windows, windows that are lost, misquoted prices, communication issues, she lost her professionalism and became rude, impatient, sarcastic....nTo top my experience off, as soon as I paid my order off and wanted to order an additional sliding door, I was politely told that “because of all of what has been going on they refuse any future service” to me.nThese people looking to make a quick buck on you, if you need to order 24x36 or 36x24 simple rectangular window, this is the place to come. Pay and get out, and don’t look for continuous relationships here.
