After having a problem, the new owners called me and took care of it. I'm very thankful when a new business owner understands customer service. It's ok to have problems, but it's the better businesses that understand and try to deliver great service. Thanks for calling me!

If I could summarize Clean Water Services in only two words it'd be: integrity and expertise. Owner John Struiksma and his team have bent over backwards to accommodate my family and I. It has been an absolute privilege to get to know and work with this man over the past 3 years.nnOur RO/well equipment gave out within my family's first week in our new home, leaving us without water; this was from a combination of old age and negligence on the part of the previous homeowner. We would have been using store-bought bottles of water to cook with and take our baths had John not carted out a 1,000 gallon tank and pump to keep us operational. I have watched John and the Clean Water crew go out of their way (often times to their own hurt) to take care of their customers. It's good business, yes, but, I've found, so much more than that...it's a matter of principal to them. I don't know about you, but that quality is increasingly hard to come by.nnJohn's pricing is fair, his terms more than reasonable, and their service times entirely acceptable. Even were Clean Water to be the most expensive game in town, they'd still have my loyalty, earned by nothing short of pure professionalism, integrity and being plain ol' good to work with. I wish some of the previous 1 star reviewers would reconsider their opinions; I've found trusting the good will of individuals (especially those who have earned it) goes a long way. We all get busy (us reviewers included) and we sure do appreciate grace when it's extended to us, so it seems only fair to reciprocate. John and his team have never left me high and dry, so when their vacations roll around, schedules have to be reworked, or they find themselves temporarily shorthanded (can anyone else relate?), I am always happy to accommodate them and have never found myself in a pinch; they make sure of that. To me, that's the true measure of service...how one is cared for when the going gets tough and life happens.nnThanks for everything, John. I hope others take this to heart and find themselves as blessed by your skill, services, honesty and demeanor as I've found myself to be.nnJesse

horrible company, no customer service, would never hire them again or recommend them. they just want to sell systems and walk away, not looking out for the customers best interest.
