Stopped for birdseed. Great store, great products. Two employees wearing masks incorrectly two customers without masks. As I checked out I asked the cashier why she was not wearing her mask correctly. Snippy response claiming she can’t — as she has asthma ??? I pointed out that she should be especially careful. At this point she got a snippy attitude. Where is management? Are employees and customers of no value to AGWAY? It’s not that hard to practice safety measures. Preschoolers do it and do it well. I expect better from apparently otherwise competent, responsible adults. Wake up folks, this is real.

Butler Agway has an incredibly helpful and knowledgeable staff. They are very respectful to customers and always seem to be trying their best there. Great selection of products. Always getting new things in to keep it interesting, I highly recommended this place to friends and family.

This staff is wonderful and very considerate of customers concerns about their pets. Be considerate of essential workers they are trying their best! I love small businesses!

A little more expensive for bird seed, but they have what I need in stock. Nice selection, too. Good place to get your dog license. Quick and easy!
