High quality suites, dresses for mem
Usually very good. Had to bring back suit pants to be altered a second time.
I posted a review when my suits were not delivered on time. Now that they are here I am going to revise my message.nnFirst a big thanks to Bart at Montgomeryville store. He went out of his way and provided exceptional customer service. He was not the salesperson that helped me when I was shopping, but went out of his way to get me the answers on the status of my orders, when I was not happy about the delay.nnThe custom suits arrived and they are great, will definitely get them again, and if Bart is working he gets my business.
Exactly what you would expect. Inexpensive menswear, friendly clerks, easy parking.
Manager himself is a nice guy and the prices are reasonable for what you get. They do have one employee that rubbed me the wrong way. I came to pick up 250 dollars worth of clothes I ordered and he claimed that my receipt meant nothing and he can’t seem to find them in the system. He told me I would have to talk to the manager and come back another day. Seemed to have an attitude that he didn’t want to be there, so why not just leave...
