Quality kid's clothing at a good price. Nice selections. Great customer service! Its my go to store for everything from underpants to swimwear to coats.

Called the store from the parking lot and asked about the availability of an item. I was told there was one left and asked if I could give the employee (Kevin)my credit card info and wait just outside the door for the package. Was told that I either had to come in the store and have them run my credit card, or order online, in which case I could pick up my purchase in 2 hours. Being of high risk of Covid 19 I chose to order online, choosing the curbside pickup option. When I called the store again with my order number etc, I was told I would have to wait until the item was shipped to the store- I could not be given the one that was already in the store. I don't know if this is Carter's policy or I was unlucky enough to deal with an extremely unhelpful employee. Won't shop here again!!!!
