DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

The had a really nice sale. some shoes even on the clearance were $15. They had a nice amount of clearance racks in the front and back of the store for men an women but a small selection for boys. They have all the signs for distancing and markings on the floors. Nice friendly staff and everyone was keeping their distance. Would definitely go back.

Found a very comfortable pair of shoes. I have trouble finding shoes so I was very happy to find these feel like slippers. Check out lady was very nice.

I had an awesome experience with DSW, I ordered 5 pairs of shoes to be shipped to store so I could try on, it is hard to find my size. When my order was in I called the store to make sure I could try on there and return what I didn’t need, Stephanie was on the phone so friendly and helpful. I went yesterday to try on the shoes Stephanie was there again and overheard me asking the sales girl where I could try them on. She stepped in and said oh I spoke to you on the phone, such a happy and bubbly personality. She made me feel great and helped me often. Out of the shoes I ordered only one would possibly work. She checked on me and also brought me other shoes to try on. The shoes she brought me to try on were so comfortable. They would work great for my sons wedding.nAs I was waiting in line I had notice a BOGO sale so I tried on a pair and the color happened to be an exact match of what I needed so I got another pair free. I was so excited I laughed and yelled out to Stephanie how funny it was that I found another pair and an exact match to color of gown. So I left with four pairs of shoes. Stephanie made a not so great day turn out so nice. I will definitely be back to the Willow Grove DSW. (I know the story was long but it really meant a lot, and she really cared about making me happy and comfortable)

Nice store. No wide widths however. I can't shop there
