Plush Pups is absolutely fabulous! The owners are fantastic, always going out of their way to help with purchases or grooming appointments. I love that they spend time explaining details about food, treats and groomi ng so I know exactly what is best for my dog. You know it's a great place when the dogs arriving and leaving are wagging their tails and giving kisses to their groomers and the shop owners. As a breeder and exhibitor of Nationally ranked show dogs, I am extremely picky about where I do dog business. Plush Pups gets my highest recommendation. Always immaculate, always professional and always treat all of the dogs like their own!

Terrible customer service! Owners are incredibly rude. I had an appointment for my dog in April during the pandemic. Only “ESSENTIAL” businesses should have been operating during this time. Owners were angry I did not feel comfortable coming in. It’s a shame they did not take the pandemic seriously at its peak. There’s NO reason to be disrespectful to your customers trying to reschedule. I’m sure your establishment is full of other OSHA violations. Best of luck to anyone coming here, It is clear That money is their only motive.

We have been taking are Maltipoo there for quite some time. Wally is our groomer and he does an awesome ud83dudc4f job with Yenta. We recently got a puppy ud83dudc36. A little Cockapoo named Truffle and she recently went there with her sister for the first time and she was so scared, but they did a great job at making the pups feel safe. They both came out of their grooming appointment looking so adorable. I would totally recommend this establishment to anyone. My mom has a rescue dog that was beaten and had a horrific past. However he is able to be groomed here with out a problem. I definitely will be hopefully using this establishment for years to come.ud83dude0a. Stacy T.
