I don’t know why you would buy a hot tub anywhere else! Service is unbelievable, the pricing is fantastic… And the knowledge was beyond helpful. honestly, you’re not talking to some sales person that’s trying to make a commission, you are talking with people that genuinely care about your quality-of-life.nI’m very grateful for Taylor’s. Highly recommend

Unfortunately, they were poor on follow through. Communication skills are a 1 out of 5. I still have outstanding issues almost 1 year later. I really can’t recommend them for an investment of this size.

They do not honor warranties. Do not buy anything from Taylors you are not willing to throw in the trash.nNo joke. The worst customer service on the planet.nTried for months to get them to fulfill their warrantee obligation. Taylor simply declined to do it.nSuch a great town they are located in. Good hard working people who know the value of a dollar. To bad they’re subjected to this kind business in their community.nCan I give them a zero star rating?
