So far, my experience with the store has been great. Yesterday, my younger sister got a betta fish and I got another new guinea pig there. I also went to that store back in July 2020 to get a betta for myself also. So far, the animals are still alive and well. I recommend this place as well as some other pet shops.

The managers were helpful .they seem to know a lot about the animals well being and care a lot about customers satisfaction and making the right choice.thank you for you good service also all there pets are well taken care of the employees are really nice doesn’t smell like a pet store overall a good shop to go to I got my rabbit from them the first one did have some complications but they are giving him the help he’s need sadly I brought him back to them do to his health has nothing to do with store it just he has wet tail it was nice of them to give me a new bunny which I am very thankful for anyplace you go to will have a sick animal it’s like getting a used car you don’t know what you get thank you again to the manager and I will be coming back for supplies and stuff.this store better than petco and Petsmart combined thanks again

This place is full of friendly people! Always making sure everything is found that is needed! The counter guy even cleaned their store pen on a sponge before they Had us sign the receipt! They are considerate and helpful!!

This store was incredibly dirty. I do not recommend going there. The fish department is very run down and overpriced. The cleanest area looked like the shelves near the adoption center and the pen needed to sign for your card transaction. I watched the cashier literally just wipe the pen on a dirty looking sponge before handing it to me. Maybe it's just the pandemic but this has been weighing on my mind for about 3 days.
