Sorry to say but they need to get it together. This is the 2nd year I come pick up and the hat and coat are missing the decals. Having to wait another 4-6wks every year due to this failure on some items is not good customer service. I came to pick up my order after receiving a text that it was ready, I'm still here 20mins later and the only customer in the store. Leaving the store with half of my uniform. Galls please do better thank you.

There is always an issue with my order, prices are high. take your business somewhere else.

No longer Samzies , now operated by Galls i believe. The customer service rep. was very nice to desl with. Not the same in store inventory but the expressed time frame for orders sounds reasonable so far.

I dont like there hours they open at 9am when people go to work and close at 5pm when people are just getting off then they are closed Saturday and Sunday so when does it give people time to get what they need.
