Red Wing

Terrible! The older man who works there was so rude, he kept telling me the computer system was down. He was able to look up my husband's boots and repeatedly told me they were discontinued. I asked what they had that was comparable, he continued to say they are discontinued. I said so you have nothing to sell me. He was preoccupied with his vacation time getting entered. He finally came out and showed me something my husband would never wear. I asked him to look up his size and he did, I asked for a boot which was high but after texting my husband he said he wanted a low boot. The man got so angry he threw the boots in the box. I asked for the low pair he said they are out of stock,, I asked to orders them, he said the system is downI nd that I could go to the North East. I said I have never been treated so badly before I will wate for the next man. He said that may be a while. I took a picture of the boots I want and hope to order online. I tried to leave the store and the door was locked!! Why was the door locked, emergency hazard!!

Horrible experience. Was spoken to with disrespect, interrupted while talking on multiple visits. The associate kept bring up $$$ and how it was too expensive to have the work done. I visited this store 3 times and called once. 2 of the 3 visits were horrible and the 1 phone was short tempered and rude to say the least. I would and will never visit this store again, i would rather ruin the Red wing factory warranty and have local cobbler fix my Red wing Gaucho Boots. I had to give this store 1 star to post the review. If i could have given less, i would have.

Manny once again exceeded my expectations. He was very knowledgeable in what boots to recommend for my particular situation. I will continue to shop this store when I need a new pair. Highly recommend if you're looking for a quality pair of boots, stop in tk see them.

Salesman Tyler at Willow grove Red Wing is very attentive, reasonable, polite, and great person! He went out of his way to help me find my boots. He actually drove to the other store to pick up my boot for me!!! I highly recommend him as a salesman!!!!nThank you Tyler!!!
