Faherty's Shoes

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I explained my issues and the type of work I do and they showed me why my current shoes were not the right fit. They recommended a great pair of shoes and as soon as I tried them on I could feel the support I had been missing. I love that they are a family owned business and they treat their customers like family. They have my business for life, I am so thankful I found them.

Went here for orthotics but ended up also buying new shoes because as it turns out I’ve been wearing a size and a half too large for the past decade. Tom recommended the perfect size for me and for the first time in years I can actually jog without stopping to tie my shoes every few minutes. The shoes and orthotics are so comfortable that I want to wear them every chance I can get.

Since my hip replacement in 2005 my left Leg is 3/4 of an inch longer than my right. I need to have a lift put on the right shoe sole of all the shoes I have. I have been to a number of other shoe repair shops and the lifts kept coming off. Yes, they were cheaper but I had to have the lifts done and re-done. Faherty’s is not the cheapest but not one lift has come off to date. In fact the shoes will fall apart before the lift comes off. The attention to detail was amazing. They even followed the decorative pattern on the side of the shoe sole so it matched and if it was a different color they even matched that too! No other company even bothered to try to do that! You truly get what you pay for!
