We rescued a beautiful puppy less than a week ago . I have been shopping here for years. After feeding her puppy kibble - I've never purchased this type before .. she became ill..we took the food back thinking it wasn't to her liking. When the associate there looked at the food and confirmed it was covered in green and white mold. They gave us a free bag of the freeze dried food and said they would contact their DM Casey..we have heard nothing and there has been zero solution. Don't shop here ever . They are pointing the finger at the brand of food but taking zero accountability. They truly don't care

Took my two girls for a bath (using only one tub) and everything was fine until a rude customer came in with her two dogs using two tubs, one for each dog, and started complaining there wasn't enough harnesses, harassing the girl at the counter for another one and told another customer he would have to wait cause she couldn't put her dogs in the same tube as I did. If I was the other guy I would have just put my dog in the tub and told the lady oh well you pay by the dog not by the tub. I didn't even have my dogs out of the tub and she invades my space and took the harness off the wall to put on her dog in the second tub she was using. I love being able to use the dog baths here, but there needs to be someone in the dog bath area at all times when being used.
