Fantastic pet store! The owners are always super friendly and helpful. On top of carrying great products they are incredibly gracious. Our puppy got frightened and peed in the store and they were so considerate and compassionate about it, even gave him treats to make him feel more at ease. Highly recommend!!!!
If you told me you could find a pet store with better customer service than this location - I wouldn't believe you. The owners are THE MOST helpful, kind, and informative ever. We switched from the petstore across our street to this one when our dog was 6 months old because they carried more specialized dog food for our allergy prone shepherd - and we will continue to support them because we have been blown away by the customer service. Every time my partner and I leave the store we mention how friendly they are - I'm not sure why it took us so long to write this review! - Odin and family :)
We discovered this shop shortly after moving into the neighborhood. High quality food and products keep us coming back. The owners are great, knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend.
Absolutely amazing staff and the best service you can find! I just got my first puppy 2 weeks back and they have been extremely helpful. They take the time to get to know you and your puppy and your individual needs. They have provided so much useful information above and beyond just selling their products. I highly recommend them!!
