Two stars for being presentable and able to process a transaction. Customer Service is aweful. How do 4-5 employees ignore 1 of 2 customers in your store. You just lost steady business the exact opposite of the mission of retail sales. The place needs better management.nnOn the other hand Adam must love the attention he recieves from the entire staff.

I’ve visited here a few different times and made a few purchases. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. I’ve always had my questions answered without feeling like they were just trying to sell me something for the sake of selling something. I haven’t used their dog bath area yet but I have it on my list (especially during the colder months). The store is well stocked with a variety of items for all breeds. Give this place a try.
I had my golden groomed here. Everyone is super nice. The gals who groomed him were very positive and caring. It's not a big operation, which I like. He was done in a very timely fashion. Highly recommend.
10/10 don’t recommend this store. Terrible customer service. I just had the worst experience in this store with the heavy set man at the door telling me and my underage brother accompanied by my widowed father that my younger brother had to stand out side. I left your terrible establishment and proceeded to go to Pets Supplies Plus and spend $250 + on small animal supplies.
