Angela is the best groomer in the area. She used to be in Blue Bell and got moved to Warrington. Entire staff is friendly & always helpful. Its worth the travel time. Reasonably prices on the healthy pet treats and dog food.

Went for new additions to my communal fish tank, great selection, knowledgeable and very friendly staff. it's been a week now and so far all of my fish seem very happy with each other and their new home.

They had an abundance of super worms for my bearded! They have been hard to find recently. Also got outfits and toys for my dog!

Poor customer service and rude employee. Woman screaming at me at checkout about a mask and the young male employee yelled at me as I was leaving not to come back without one. Asked about mask and was already on my way out when attacked by rabid customer. Employee not only let the woman verbally bully me but jumped on the bandwagon. I was a member and have quite a few pets but will never darken the doorway again. Will definitely spread the word. You would think after being closed for so long and losing business, they would want to keep their customers.nnSo manager Sam called to apologize for the attitude of the employee. Sorry not sorry.

They have a lot of basic supplies at good prices. The fish selection is quite limited and they seem to have problems with tank die off when they get new shipments. They used to have a good selection of birds including some rare ones like rose breasted cockatoos, but now the most exotic ones that they carry are cockatiels. They seem to have a very high turnover of staff at this location which seems to limit their ability to give expert advice of animal husbandry. In other words, research the animal before going to the store. This is true for any store, but aspecially here.
