I like the place, prices there are reasonable and affordable

I wanted to get in touch as you have an amazing employee in your North Wales, PA location and I think you should know about it. My daughters and I were looking for school shoes and they needed a specific brand of shoe. For whatever reason the shoes were giving us a bit of trouble. Their heels were slipping out of the back of the shoes. Your employee Barbara was seriously amazing! She worked with us to see what we could do to remedy the situation and see if we could make it work. This woman not only represents your company well but was a great example to another employee on how to give amazing service and to my daughters on how to go above and beyond. I've never been in a famous footwear before but I can promise you this will be our store moving forward. 4 growing children need a lot of shoes and b/c of Barbara I know that they will be well taken care of. Please extend my appreciation to her again and we'll be back soon!
