Decent selection of shoes. Staff are very helpful in-store. Horrible customer service over the phone. I called, and was told someone would be right with me. They laid the phone down, so I heard every conversation in the store, for the next 20+ minutes I waited with no further acknowledgement. I hung up, and called right back, and the line was busy. The line stayed busy for the next few minutes (really?). Staff needs better customer support training.
love champs, everytime i go i always leave with multiple bags, and really enjoy how they find clothes and hats to match the shoes that u just got
Will never shop at this store again. Manager refused return/exchange on $30 sandals that he recommended to me 2 days before. Sandals were in box, with receipt and tags. Worn maybe all of 30 seconds til I realized they hurt my feet. I've spent thousands at this store over the past year, this guy knows my face, just for him to tell me to kick rocks. Sorry but no way I can spend money here anymore.
This champs was very clean and well organized. The staff were kind and very helpful. We couldn't get the shoe my son wanted because they were out of the size he needed the young man suggested champs online. We found the shoes in his size and even got a discount from a flash sale.
The music in the store is way too loud and if the music is going to be that loud the staff needs to speak up. The store is disorganized and the one pair I needed they couldn’t find one of the shoes and had to order and ship a pair to my house. I think the store could be much better if it was more organized. The workers who helped me were nice and I received my package quickly and with the correct size.
