DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

Store itself is fine....a bit smaller than other locations but has a good variety....I couldn't remember why I didnt go to this location but was closer to this location than willow grove....upon entering and interacting with staff I remembered....they are not friendly or helpful....dont have same experience at the other locations...

I wasn't greeted or asked if I needed help when I first walked in. The store is neatly laid out so, I was able to find what I needed fairly easy. The store was also very well stocked and clean. The checkout girl was very professional and polite. I purchased 9 pairs of sneakers (kids!). I'll be back!

Great staff ready to help. Able to fine what I needed quickly and offered additional services. I looked around and the store was clean and organized. They had a great variety of men's shoes to choose from. Prices were good. Would recommend and will return in the future.

My wife made me go here to help my teenage daughter find choral shoes. I'm sure it was okay, but the experience made me want to run screaming from the store on fire. How long does it take to pick out a pair of shoes!?
