Store is clean, staff is super friendly.nHowever, if you are going to charge 394$ to groom my dog, don’t you think maybe you should call me and let me know you’re planning on charging me that much????? Yes, I know my dog is big! Yes I know he was not groomed since August! BUT 394$ ???? He has been groomed every month of his life until COVID-19 started, then it was sporadic since his regular groomer retired. With all that being said...I have NEVER EVER paid more than 120$ for him to be groomed. I can even MAYBE understand you charging double what I normally pay, but 394$. That is insane. To say I’m SHOCKED is an understatement.
Dog washing facility were clean & easy to use
Very nice people, friendly place.
The employees are great and super helpful
Forced us to use hand sanitizer and followed us around after refusing. I advise against this store
