I bought a Landyachtz ATV Nightfox skateboard from their website, and it ended up having a defect. The wheel relief pockets were not in the correct spot so I was getting wheel bind. Brought it into the store and showed it to the manager. He gladly swapped out the board for a brand new one even though mine had been used a few times and had scratches. That's good customer service if I've ever seen it! Thank you. I actually shot a video on the difference between the two boards that I'm going to put on my YouTube as well. -NoNonsenseKnowHow

We got our son a gift card to build his own skateboard. I wasn't really sure how to go about it. We went on Sunday. I couldn't ask for better service. Dan spent 45 minutes with our son helping him through the process. Great experience!

Cool place but overpriced

Great service on a pair of Vans sneakers for Christmas. There was no discount on the price but the service and availability and everything else was very good.
