Foot Locker

Attentive, fairly knowledgeable salesperson helps you and only you most of the time. You don't always get that. Shoes are always good brand and most are trendy. They aren't cheap, but there is often something on sale (although there is something shady/ deceptive about their practices- the stores claim they don't know when the sale ends, forcing you to make a decision).

The best experience ever! When we walked we were greeted by Elvin a few seconds later Terry came by to help. My son wears a 13 which is hard to find and both were very helpful. Hammed helped my youngest find the shoes he wanted. I have to say I have to give the staff 10 out 10. They were friendly, funny and helpful as my husband and I have quite a sense of humor and they were accepting of us. We are from Rochester , NY and they even gave us places to go before going back home. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to Philadelphia.

The last few times I have gone to this footlocker it has been hell! These people have zero customer service!! They are too busy talking to each other. When you ask for help they act like your bothering them, at their job! When they do go and get you the shoes, good luck seeing them again. Never thank you, have a nice day... please train your staff in the common sense of customer service. I will go to foot action.
