I had such a wonderful experience. I had Ombretta help me for my special day and she was amazing! She asked me great questions and picked out some amazing dresses for me that I didn't like hanging, but I loved when I tried it on. She was very smart and also accessorized me in all the dresses very well! She has great vision and personality. We had a great experience and can't wait to work with her again! :)

This was my first time looking and trying on wedding dresses. I couldn't believe that I had found the one after my very first visit!! I loved every minute if it. The stylist I had was so sweet and helpful and patient with me. She really allowed me to have a wonderful experience. All other staff members were very nice and sweet as well.

We had Hope as our stylist. She was AMAZING. She was so helpful and so nice. She seems like she really enjoys her job. I appreciate her working with me and my group to find the perfect bridesmaids' dresses and wedding dress! I can't thank her enough for making my day so enjoyable and special.

I came here on 10/3 for my first bridal appointment. I was so excited for my first time trying on dresses. The front desk receptionist was warm and engaging; however, when my stylist came to the showroom to meet me, she didn’t even have a smile on her face. As I tried on dresses that were way too large, she was in no rush to clip them or make them look proper on my body. It was like she just didn’t even care. I was so sad because I saw a different consultant (I wish I got her name) who was SO engaging, happy, and eager to help her client find their dress. My sister, who is already married, told me how sorry she was that this was my first experience of trying on dresses. The store itself is nice with decent selection, but I feel as though this stylist needs more customer service training.nnEDITING 10/5: Management called me to request I come back in which I gladly accepted. Any management that takes the time to reach out deserves a second chance in my opinion. Wonderful customer service.

Gigi was such an incredible help and had great input. We weren't expecting to find The One today, but we found it and the perfect veil! Definitely impressed with the selection and staff. Thank you, Gigi and David's Bridal!
