Red Wing

Dropped my boots off there about 3 weeks ago. Paid $160 called today to see where my boots were and they told me no boots have gone out yet because their system has been down and hung up on me. You'd think that would be something you'd let someone know while you're holding onto their $300+ boots. Had this happen before with them had to wait about 3 months for a simple repair. I like Red Wing boots. Maybe it's just this location and their employees. Incompetent and rude.

Show up the store to get boots for my husband. No answer at either door or phone. If you're going to close for the day maybe putting some type of message up on the door would of been beneficial. Message received business is not wanted at this location!

Went in for my boot fitting. Love my work boots. Clean place knowledgeable welcoming staff covid-19 requirements met would certainly recommend. However GPS directions are a little wonky it takes you to byberry road and Roosevelt boulevard which will leave you at the newly developed Wawa and active construction site when it is actually at the corner of red Lion road and the Roosevelt boulevard.

The salesman was very personable. I have no problem recommending this store to anyone.

Tried many boots 75. 90. And they never hold up so I just bought 190 dollar pair so far very comfortable the guy working there was very knowledgeable in boots definitely recommend at this point. I’ll post the Comfort level in six months.
