Great customer service. Sneaker knowledge on point

The associates are nice to deal with but they never have the same inventory that shows online. They will order what you need however that does not mean it will show up on time. If you cancel an order they will process it 4 days later then tell you that another 3 to 5 business days your money will be refunded.

Bought my wife a pair of Huaraches for Christmas at the Quaker Bridge location, but she needed a larger size. QB didn't have them and wasn't able to help. I called Neshaminy and a gentleman named William picked up. He checked the store inventory, the district inventory and the online inventory to no avail. Before I hung up, he asked me to hold while he tried one more thing. He came back on the phone and informed me the shoe was available in a North Jersey location. He mentioned transferring it, but I told him I was passing that store the next day. He then asked the manager to hold it for me because I was struggling to locate the shoe. William's customer service and attentiveness (on the phone... during the crazy Holiday season) was literally the best I've experienced. And not because he got the result I was looking for, but because he went above and beyond. For that, my next sneaker purchase will be from Finish Line Neshaminy from William.

Good selection and service

We didn't buy anything because they didn't have any of the shoes we picked up (about 4 different pairs) a size 7 1/2 kids. I gave 4 stars because the woman who helped us gave us phenomenal service. She handled our already cranky 3 yr son as if he was her own! She encouraged him to put his shoes on but if he felt uncomfortable she also soothed him.
