Was looking for propane cooker and after several trips (to overcrowded/ miserable) stores I finally found it at this Big 5 at a great deal and the guy that assisted me was Awesome! It's hard to find customer service like his anymore so I appreciated it. Wish I could remember his name but if the store is able to look it up I was in there just about an hour ago and the guy would remember me. Thanks!
Disc golf section was almost empty, only 10% of the shelves sectioned for discs golf had any inventory. Basic Innova starter sets were plentiful just in case you still needed yours. Was very disappointed
Every time I go there I find really good deals on things I need! I spent $53 and SAVED $117! Got my 11yr old son the biggest highest quality trampoline for $250, saved $150 off regular price on the previous visit.
I didn’t have any great expectations from a Big 5 Sporting good store. But this store has great customer service! I was impressed with their friendly and helpful staff. They placed a hold for me on a piece of equipment that was their floor model. I show up and the store manager helped disassemble it and gave me a discount! I left pretty satisfied.
