This is the BEST shoe store I have ever frequented. Amazing, knowledgeable service, patient and kind folks who will put you in the best shoes you have ever worn. I travel from Woodinville to buy my shoes from them. During COVID, fantastic salesperson Chris stayed on the phone with me and talked me through buying some much needed new trail shoes. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
I recommend Fairhaven Runners and Walkers to anyone looking to get in shape, stay in shape, or just get outside and move! Our experiences have been very one on one and personal. They really get to know you and can find you exactly what you need!!
Absolutely tremendous location, have come here many times and purchased almost a dozen different pairs of shoes here. Always very satisfied and eager to come back. Callahan especially was extremely helpful, attentive and kind. Definitely will be back.
We were met at the door, very kindly explaining their social distancing policies. Each bench for shoe fitting is marked. I was extremely thrilled with the service. Love my new shoes.
