The best in town. Highest quality of shoes & service. I not only go there myself, I am tricky to fit, but I take friends & family. I had a friend from Houston, who missed getting the right shoes packed for an event. She let me know how difficult it was to find shoes that work for her..dressy enough for work yet comfy. She ended up doing something she had never done before - bought 3 pairs because they were so comfortable & attractive!
Today, while shopping for shoes with my daughter,I sat as she was trying on some shoes A young woman came up to me and made me leave my seat because someone else could use it. There was no one there waiting to sit.I had earlier told my daughter I wasn’t buying shoes and she must have overheard me. Whatever the reason,she was rude and there was no reason for me to move. What I didn’t say was that I was paying for my daughter’s shoes.nToo bad the owners are not there to see how their employees treat their customers. One thing is for certain. I will never go back and I will spread the word
Friendly staff. Great customer service.
Very helpful staff. Great selection of quality footwear, and also a large selection of footwear on sale along the back wall. They carry: shoes, boots, sandals, Birks, Haflinger, Keen, etc... I need shoes with solid support, and the shoes they carry give customers many options. Hilton's is my go-to store for quality footwear.
Had shoes I was looking for. Friendly helpful staff. Busy when I was there. Had to pay for street parking & walk a ways to the store.
