Mud Bay

Love this store. It maybe on the small side but I have always got a personal touch out of it. The staff is always helpful and always give out sample treats.

I never give reviews, but the staff today was so kind to me. I’m getting my first puppy next week and I walked in the store so overwhelmed. They were SO helpful and gracious and I felt supported. They walked me through my many dog food questions, and helped point out items I should get before my puppy comes home. I’m just so blown away with the customer service.

The staff at Mud Bay Bham were amazing this morning! Our poor puppy was carsick and threw up all over their pristine floor. As we scrambled to clean it up, apologizing profusely, the staff were so gracious and kind. They encouraged us and gave us some pointers on new puppies, stress and car sickness. We highly recommend Mud Bay for their excellent inventory and their amazing staff.

Employees are super nice and helpful. Helped us pick out a great toy for a friend's dog!
