Shoe Dept. Encore

Good humored employees! They didn't blink when I was walking around with a tower of shoe boxes and offered to take them to the front so I could keep looking around more freely.nnThe store is clean. A bit unorganized, though. Crocs seemed to be in all kinds of different areas, for example. But nothing overwhelming or too inconvenient!

Not a bad store. Just didn't like the selection.

Never have the shoes I like in my size..not a great selection in my size.

I have bought quite a few pairs of shoes here over the years and I have been thrilled with them all. If you wait for sales, they are pretty good prices. I love the clearance room. I've worked with April once or twice and she was great!

Went to get my daughter measured and see what kind of shoes she likes. The associate was so very knowledgeable and helpful. She provided several options and we were able to find the perfect shoe!
