What can I tell you? Vincent, the proprietor is a cobbler second to no one. Whether it is your favorite dress shoes, or a 270 dollar pair of work boots Vinny can fix it.nnEven a pair of Timberland Pros with a cracked OEM sole and a partial welt that other cobblers told me to trash. (Pictured).nVince could have trashed them anytime and yet he stuck with it and got them resoled.nVince is a master, and as he will fix your footwear even if other cobblers won't touch them, it is safe to say he is the best Cobbler in Berks. Possibly IMHO, he is the best cobbler in Pennsylvania

The best shoe repair shop in our area hands down. Very knowledgeable and will never stear you wrong and will literally ask for the shoe off your foot so he can get you the right recommendation

Mr. Paparo was at one point very good at what he did. Unfortunately, he is not reliable anymore. It is absolutely frustrating. I took a leather jacket and a bag to be repaired in March, 2020. A month after--I called to follow up. He could not find the items. I called every month there after, and each time he cannot locate our items--that he will call when he did. In October, I filed a Civil Complaint with District Justice David L. Yoch and then the items appeared. However, the District Justice is not only a client but a personal friend of Vincent--so he could not intervene--this was a total fiasco. If you are filing a complaint against Vincent--do not use the Magisterial Office in Mohnton--it was totally useless. We had to negotiate with a very hostile business owner--but at the end I was able to get my items back (7 months after this ordeal). I will not recommend him--he is very unstable, hostile and volatile.

Very personable and professional. Repair took longer than expected due to shipment of supplies being delayed. My 30 year old boots look fantastic! Would highly recommend Goodyear.

This place does good work and he really appreciates quality shoes. However, do not bring work in here if you are in a hurry. Allow at least two-three weeks to get your shoes back even if they tell you a week. The work is worth the price especially on good shoes but the pickup surprises can be inconvenient.
