Visited tonight (2/15) at 8 pm to wash my dog. I was very nervous as my dog is a rescue and was not socialized well and is fearful of other people and animals. The only employee working there was super helpful and made me feel comfortable socializing my dog. She was so good with my dog and helped us out throughout the process. I definitely plan on returning as my sister and I were both very impressed. I wish we got the employees name because she was amazing.

Love this pet shop. The staff are very helpful, very friendly and knowledgeable! The self service bath stations are convenient, clean always and cheap. Also they have a rewards card to earn points for the money you spend and the baths you pay for. Great place!
