Seriously these guys are great! If you are looking for 5 Star Customer Service look no further! The level of professionalism I received is on par with Fortune 500 companies and in some regards even better. My little guy came marked as live animal - yes that may seem like something that should happen automatically but this being my second chameleon purchase I can attest this is not common practice- via FedEx. When there was an issue with FedEx the owner called me immediately to follow up and see what had happened. The issue was resolved quickly by FedEx and had nothing to do with Canvas Chameleons. I also have signed up for the life time warranty and would recommend you do the same for at least the first few months. Like I said this is not my first time purchasing a chameleon online and my first little man didn't make it.
