Excellent bacon on the loaded tots. Definitely not the cheap stuff. And OMG on the house made honey mustard ... this place is great and the staff is awesome as well :)

While traveling in Bellingham on a recent trip my wife and I randomly stumbled on this place. We were very happy that we did! First, this place is brand new, talking to the waitress, they only opened a week or two ago, and thus opened in the middle of COVID. Their setup was really good for COVID, about 6 tables setup on the sidewalk/street mostly under a somewhat fashionable tarp. So at least for a summer evening, it was very nice and well socially distanced. The exterior of the actual place looked nice as well, but there was no indoor seating. They have a really cool wood fence on their actual patio which also looked very cool.nnSo anyway...the food and drink, why you go to a bar. The beer selection was standard and they had a few special drinks, though we did not try them. We did get the tots and wings. Both were very good. The tots were very much like tot-chos with cheese, bacon, and jalapeños and served with house made ranch on the side. It was an excellent tot-chos. The tots were well fried, the cheese well melted and the bacon was of reasonable size no bacon bits. The wings were also excellent. We got the house dry rub on them with the buffalo sauce on the side. The dry rub for sure had a bite to it, but also had good flavor. The buffalo sauce was also very good, not to hot, but about right. I would highly recommend both of these dishes. We also got the smore cookie bar dessert. We were not super impressed with the dessert to be honest. It was a little thick, not very smore-y, and a little on the salty side. However, it was served with a house made jam which was very good.nnService was very friendly as well. Both of the waitresses that helped us were very friendly and professional. They also did a good job brining the dishes and drinks quite a ways from the kitchen inside to us outside. I can imagine working in restaurants right now is difficult, but they were doing a great job.nnLast was the price. Given we were coming from Seattle, but i thought the price was very reasonable. Beers were about 2/3s of what we spend for a beer in Seattle and the food portion size was fantastic for the price and we already discussed the tasted.nnOverall, we were super happy we stumbled upon this place and would go back next time we are in Bellingham. Best of luck to them having just opened in a very challenging time for the industry.

They have a wing Wednesday that is 12 wings for 4 dollars. They are actually pretty good. Few different flavors and the Buffalo actually has a nice spice to it. The drinks are fairly priced and the service is great
