Stacy was such a pleasure to work with! Cannot express enough words for ALL your help ( if your reading this ;) Always goes above and beyond for every customer she’s helped. We know because we referred many friends and family to WAFD, even if it means answering all your questions regarding loans or finances, She never disappoints. And of course thanks to all other staffers that make the paperwork process go smooth. Definitely a great location to chose for your financial questions and needs.
The staff at the Bakerview branch is amazing and cares about customer experience. Stacy is fantastic for anything and everything mortgage related and highly recommended those looking for a lender to go to this branch. Need a new account? This is the branch to go to and they take care of your needs.
As a business owner I have done business with several banks in Bellingham and I finely settled with one and the Washington federal bank on Meridian has the best customer service and the friendliest staff. Plus I think they are one of the smartest banks too because they don't tarp money from the fed! I highly recommend this bank to business owners and for a personal savings and checking account.
