We worked with Kevin Karber and his team while we looked to buy or build a new home. They are fantastic and I can't recommend them enough. From the very beginning, Kevin took the time to answer all of my questions, thoroughly, and to help us look at various options - the pros and cons of each route. Additionally, while working through the pre-approval process, Kevin and his team take your file to underwriting to get true credit approval. Most lenders don't take this extra step, but they are committed to ensuring everything goes smoothly from start to finish with NO surprises along the way. We sincerely appreciate them, the relationship built during the process, and can't wait to work together again in the future.

As a mortgage loan customer, the difference between having a bad experience and a great experience comes down to two things: (1) Transaction Execution and (2) Communication. I couldn't be more pleased with the work that WaFed did for me during my entire mortgage loan application process. Not only did they get the blocking and tackling right (i.e. the transaction execution), but they made sure that I was always aware of EVERYTHING that mattered during the process. Well done, WaFed!

We love doing our business banking at WaFd. They are customer centered and go the extra mile to help. In small business we wear a lot of hats and it is nice to have help from the experts when you need it. WaFd definitely lives out their values of being community centered and providing a high level of customer service & we are very pleased to be a customer of theirs!

I never felt like I could trust these people with my money and the lack of professionalism seems to be present in every branch. No one seems to be aware of their policies and it's an absolute nightmare to get anything done. If you open your account at one branch there's no reason for other branches to not service your account. That's incompetence. The attitude at my new bank is so much better. Relieved I'm not banking here anymore.
