Shoe Dept. Encore

Love the shoes. Awesome staff. Friendly & helpful

My husband bought several pair of shoes from there. We went to the store to return or exchange a pair, but Was told by the two employees there that only the manager could do returns and she was not there but should return shortly. We waited and looked around for approximately 1/2 hour before the manager came to do the return. I don't think we should have waited that long. I was surprised when we went to buy the shoes and return the pair, the way the manager was dressed. Both times, she had on a tight fitting top with spaghetti straps and was low cut showing a lot of cleavage. I did not think that was proper attire for a manager representing a store.

Their shoes are made well and last a long time. They are priced Right!

Clean store, wide variety of shoes, and great prices. However, there was absolutely no assistance offered on the sales floor.

Employees were very nice and eager to help
