Pet Supplies Plus

The staff and owner are extremely nice and helpful! I will definitely keep going here because of the great environment the staff bring. I walked in not knowing everything I would need for my new puppy and the staff immediately recognized I was lost looking for items and they helped guide me through the store and gave me everything I needed. They even gave me a sheet that explained how to take care of a new pet and it had coupons on it! They did their best to find items that were quality and on sale or that there were coupons for. This is the best pet supplies plus store I have ever been to.

My daughter loves to get food for the dog and cat there

I like this store over Petsmart. The staff pointed out to me what they use for their dogs and what is popular or works well. I really appreciated that as a customer I was a priority as opposed to an annoyance. I shop here now for my mini goldendoodle.

Doing dog rescue, we take dogs here to get bathed a lot. it's easier to bathe large dogs here than it is to try and get them in a bath tub at home. plus they have pretty much everything you need for your pets.

First I went to The pets supply plus in Hermitage with the intentions of buying a crested gecko. The cages were dirty and you can smell them walking in. The reptiles did not look healthy and didn’t have proper enclosure set ups. I was disappointed in the next day I went to the pet supply plus in Beaver. This pet supply plus is much more organized, The workers are more friendly, and the cages of reptiles were kept much cleaner. These animals were much more cared for and had proper set up’s.
