I've been here about a dozen times over the last year. It can be busy, but the staff is efficient and knowledgeable. I have often interacted with one man who really deserves a compliment. On one visit I had to print some tax forms for a new job, and he did this quickly. When I mentioned the new job, he said congratulations, and noted how any good news these days was welcome news. He comped my print job-- yeah, 2 pages of black and white printing, not a big deal ($1 even?) but I left with a real warm-fuzzy feeling. UPS is of course a huge company but this shop is staffed by local folk and I appreciate them.
The staff here are super helpful and patient with those of us who need help- they need a bigger tip jar!

Absolutely great service. Jack and team took great care in picking up, crating, and seeing off a one of a kind, 156lb carved wood statue, getting it to me across country. We handled it all by phone and it was the best price I could find. It arrived quicker than expected and in perfect condition.
Package was supposed to be delivered yesterday, it arrived in my city at 6:55am this morning. I am not sure why people cannot do their jobs and put the package in a truck to be delivered at 8:52 pm when it’s been sitting at UPS since 6 this morning
