I like this pet store.. I always forget its here and drove to petco/smart BUT now i have it saved on my phone/google and will go here first... Great selection for any pet u can think of. Employees are very nice and helpful. Feels more like a mom & pop shop then other chain pet stores.
Very friendly & helpful cashier. He seemed genuinely interested in our pet that we were buying birthday presents for. Love the sales they have & the variety of items especially healthy food & treats.
Small chain, not quite a big box pet store. Live fish inventory can be hit or miss, and a quick peek and the tanks at any given visit has always revealed at least one or two dead stock.nnWould love to see them pick up their game in this area.nnStaff is generally friendly.
I've only dealt with Lisa the groomer, and she's the best!
As soon as I walked in one of the associates helped me right away, she even asked the groomer a question for me about my cat. Very helpful and friendly
